Heeom is one of the newer members to Fate's Lament as she wasn't from the previous site of Hopeless Curse. She has easily established herself as a regular face in our little community, however. This girl is just amazing. She manages to put up with out general insanity and even if there isn't a reply for her to work on all the time, she sticks around. We're glad and extremely lucky to have her here.
Shizuki is definitely one of those people you can't help but want to hug, although she may punch you for it. She's been through so much in her life already and continues to deal with the emotional scars left behind as well as trying to control her womanizing sacrifice. Her own scars are hard to deal with, but as long as she and her sacrifice remain close...they just might be able to leave the past in the past where it can't do them harm.
Minoru is quickly becoming a favorite of many here. And how could he not be a favorite? He's adorable, wants nothing more than for his Fighter to be as he was before "The Doctor" came around and he truly matches his name of 'Lament.' Being locked up for most of your life is definitely something to lament over, right? He wants to help his other half no matter what, even if it means putting him through emotional turmoil to do so.
UNIT
Lament
The way the Lament unit interacts is something that not many of the other units can boast of. Yoshiro is like Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde - and both love Minoru to the point of obsession. Minoru just wants Yoshiro and not "Doctor Demento" and will go to any length to try to help his Fighter. These two are definitely a unit to watch out for - or at least the Fighter is since he keeps his Sacrifice locked up.
Fate's Lament is a concept based off of the manga and anime series Loveless by Yun Kouga. The plot belongs to Risa. The skin and graphics were designed by Chama, with use of a lovely background from Kabegami E-Tank. Codes belong to their rightful owners, of course, and were all found on Proboards Support. The GIF affiliate banner is credited to Gemini. All images used are from Zerochan, with modifications as needed. And of course, all characters and writing are property of the players here.
Keiko wasn't very trendy, she knew this much. Her daily outfits consisted of jeans and random tee-shirts that she picks randonmly out of her closet. Which induces glares from more of the feminine girls. She just didn't understand fashion. What was the point? Waste money on an outfit you will probably wear once, just to get looked at? Maybe if she had a boyfriend it would be different.
The glares she gave some of the shops was endless. Window shopping for a pretty outfit was useless to her. What good would it do for her? She felt plain most of the time, but that was probably her fault for never doing anything with herself. She continued her stroll down the street, curling her tail around her thigh, feeling the breeze caressing her hair.
She looked towards the sky and smiled happily, "What a pretty day!" She said stopping on the sidewalk, emitting frustrated whispers from the group of kids behind her. She looked into the shop at her side and she saw a pretty looking sun-dress. Sure it was kinda plain, but the way it would look when she twirled in a circle would be pretty cute. Maybe she would have some fun today.

The wallet should of comically popped out a fly at this time. Though nothing of this sort happened, nor would it amuse Red in any way. He is the epitome of stick in the mud. There wasn't much that could sway Red, though this doesn't mean he was uncaring for anything. Some things mattered to him, it's just no one could handle him long enough to find out.
"Tch," he said, shoving his wallet in his back pocket, looking over to his right. A girl was looking into a window, likely she was window shopping. She probably had money to spend, this irked Red to an extent. How come he couldn't have a wealthy family? Why did he have to work for his money?
Tilting his head, he reached her, and without a word took his hand and shoved it into the woman angrily, shoving her into the glass in front of her. "Tch, move it brat." he said angrily, his voice echoed off the glass as he kept moving away from her, without even caring of her reaction. If she wanted a fight, she could come after him.
Keiko decided not to get the dress. She faintly remembered losing her wallet the other day, and she had still not found it. Oh. So that's what she came out here for today. Keiko laughed to herself. She wasn't usually so spacey, only on a nice day, with a pleasent breeze did she tend to day-dream.
She was beginning to turn away when out of the corner of her eye she saw a boy, who then shoved her into the glass. "Tch, move it brat." The boy said angrilly. He continued to walk on. Keiko was stunned. She was really worried for the boy. What had happened to make him so angry?
Keiko proceeded to run after the boy. When she caught up she grasped the boys shirt lightly and gave a weak tug. She hadn't realized she was that out of shape. "Wait..! Wait a second!" Keiko huffed out with a weak friendly smile.
