It wasn't too hot or too cold. Slight chill in the air as well as the smell of fresh grass and trees. The smell of life in generally. He liked being /outside./ Outside meant freedom. He didn't really like being cooped up anywhere. Several years in a place where you were cooped up at all hours of the day with very little time outside and when you were....you were always being watched by those nice young men in their pristine white coats. A soft breath of air escaped his lips as he did his tai chi movements, a varied mixture of soft breaths of air and body movement. Very relaxing. One of his therapists - who had believed more in natural things like yoga or tai chi had shown him. That therapist had been one of the few who didn't want him on anti depressants. He'd had several various therapists during his time in the mental ward at the hospital and even after he'd been discharged - and he'd gone back to the one even after. He had anti depressants, but those were for emergencies if he felt he needed to be...not so unhappy. Namok's bare foot lightly prodded the music playing Ipod on the ground, pausing the music as he stopped his tai chi for the afternoon. He picked up a bottle of water, taking a short drink from the bottle before returning to what he had previously been doing, sighing softly in pleasure. Tai chi was definitely a great stress reliever - healthy too apparently. He started the light music against and continued his tai chi, off in his own little world of relaxation and calm.
