It was a day of boredom, a day where even if you wanted something fun to do, you just simply couldn't find it. In her comfy pajamas, she rolled around on the floor, sighing to herself. She hadn't really left the house in awhile. She was kind of afraid to. She stopped mid roll and laid on her back. Staring up at the ceiling, she decided to get dressed and do something for once. Heck, maybe she would meet someone interesting.
Breathing in a large gust of air, she let it out noisily. She popped in her headphones and decided to go for a little jog. Even though it was getting dark outside, she decided to dismiss that thought and go anyway. She just wanted to get out of the house and get a little exercise. Wearing her comfy sweat pants and a matching thermal shirt, she decided she wouldn't need a coat. Stretching slightly, she looked around. Japan was so pretty. It had a lot more to it's landscape then America did. Smiling slightly to herself, she started off with a slight trot.
Finally getting somewhere, she peered around. It was past sunset now, and most of the people out were.. really creepy. She shivered slightly to herself, pushing herself to a faster paced jog. Well. More like sprint. She wasn't ashamed to admit that she was well, a little lost. Feeling like someone was following her, she hesitantly peered back, not really wanting to see anything. Not seeing anything, she still had the creeps. Seeing a nearby alley, she quickly ducked into it. Hiding behind a trashcan, she saw a shadow dart past the entrance of the alley. Sighing to herself in relief, she calmed her nerves considerably.
A thought popped into her head. Maybe it wasn't the best idea to pop into an alley. Maybe she shouldn't have read all that manga or watched all those horror movies. Goosebumps raised on her arms as she tried not to peer around. She acted tough, but when reality set in, she could actually be quite the chicken. One of the things she hates most is dark places. But she wouldn't ever tell anyone that. Seeing a shadow pass in her peripheral vision, it took her everything not to jump and scream like a little sissy.
Her heart pumped, and the adrenaline started to seep through her veins. Turning abruptly, she started at where the source of the shadow would be. She cleared her throat slightly and called out. "Who's there..?" She was hoping to herself that she wouldn't get a response. She was kind of hoping it would be a cat or some stray animal. But... Then again, that shadow was much to large to be an animal.
